I'm Balint Danyi, Creative Lead across Cannes Lions, Black Hat, Money20/20, and GDC. I'm responsible for flagship productions from brief to delivery. I manage a team of editors, and my job is to show them what they're capable of. I'm proud when they push back, bring an uncomfortable idea, or challenge a brief.

Safe work is forgettable by default. Bold choices make the work matter.
STORY
I grew up in Budapest, studied in Glasgow, built a career in London. Sociology and psychology gave me a way of seeing. Filmmaking gave me a way of saying it.
​
Freelancing taught me that craft alone isn't enough. Working with entrepreneurs showed me what resilience and intentionality look like, and seeing the Cannes Lions winners on stage set the bar. I haven't looked elsewhere since.

The Lions Creative MBA gave me the framework. Now I lead a team where that thinking sits at the centre of our creative decisions.
